The practice is limited to Criminal Defense and related issues and is founded on the belief that no one should be found guilty unless our government can prove a person's guilt BEYOND a reasonable doubt.
He is a second-generation Criminal Defense Lawyer, the son of Attorney John R. Heath, Sr., also of Nacogdoches, Texas.
John R. Heath, Jr. is a National Highway And Traffic Administration Certified Instructor in DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and, with over 200 cases, is the most successful defender of DWI charges currently practicing in Nacogdoches, Texas.
John's wife, Kristin, holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and a Master's Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. They have three children.
